Orders, Shipping & Returns

How can I pay?

  • We have a quick and easy checkout process at 3L&S Farms. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as all other types of credit and debit cards.
  • Additionally, you can use PayPal, Venmo (via PayPal), Shop Pay (a service of Shopify), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my product in stock?

All products that are available for immediate purchase on our site are in-stock and available.

What does shipping cost?

  • Shipping cost depends on your location, weight and size of your package, which is calculated at checkout. You can choose the shipping method you desire via USPS services.

Can I track my order?

  • Yes! You'll receive a tracking code for your package with your shipping confirmation email from 3L&S Farms.

  • If you can't find your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, please check your promotions and other folders in your email associated with your order.

  • If you still cannot find an email from 3L&S Farms, send Penny an email and she'll be happy to get you the info you need. penny@3lsfarms.com

When will my order ship and arrive?

  • You order will ship within 3 business days.

  • Time in transit depends on the shipping carrier and shipping method. However, most packages in the USA arrive in 2 to 10 days.

  • You'll have 24/7 access to detailed tracking info with your tracking number found in your shipment confirmation email from 3L&S Farms.

Can I change my address on the order I just placed?

  • Yes. As long as your order has not been accepted by the shipping carrier yet.
  • If you need to change your shipping address after you placed your order, please send Penny an email as soon as possible: penny@3lsfarms.com

  • Before completing your online order, you can easily change your shipping address during checkout.

How can I cancel my order?

  • If you need to cancel your order, please email Penny an email as soon as possible: penny@3lsfarms.com
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Please note that cancelled orders will be refunded minus at 10% restocking fee.

What if I need to return or exchange a product?

  • You can exchange most unused products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase date.
  • To start a return or exchange, please send Penny an email to be sure your product qualifies and so she can email you the return shipping label: penny@3lsfarms.com

  • Please return the product with its packaging, and with the packing slip.

How can I create an account?

  • Click the little account icon in the top menu and then Create Account. Or, click HERE to create your new account.
  • Fill out all necessary information and submit the form. When your account is confirmed, you will receive an email from 3L&S Farms.


I forgot my account password. What should I do?

No problem! You can reset your password by clicking Forgot your password? link on the account login page. Instructions will be sent to your email.

Purchasing Romney Sheep

ABOUT OUR ROMNEY SHEEP FOR SALE

  • 3L&S Farms is a veterinary certified flock that is FREE of OPP (last tested Spring 2022) 
  • We stand behind our stock 100%... if your purchased sheep or lamb does not grow out as expected, please email Penny to discuss options. 
  • Fertility is guaranteed. If your ewe does not produce offspring by the time she turns 3 year (rams settle ewes fall of their yearling year), please email Penny for replacement / refund options.
  • Breeding Rams availability as listed Mature-proven, Yearlings, Ram lambs
  • Open or Bred Mature Ewes, yearlings and Lambs for 2024 very limited availability. 
  • Get your Name on a waiting list for 2025 Lambs Breeding Stock or Fiber Animals. There is no Deposit required to be on the waiting list. 
  • Please email Penny to place your deposit and arrange pickup.

RESERVING ROMNEY SHEEP STOCK

  • Penny will assist you in selecting breeding stock that will best fit your program and requirements.
  • Once your final selection is made, Penny will email you an invoice via PayPal with deposit due at time of receipt.
  • Deposit is required at the time of reservation and holds you choice of stock.

SHEEP SALE DEPOSITS REQUIRED

  • Deposits are $100 for each unregistered breeding animal or fiber animal/ $200 for each registered ram or ewe. 
  • Deposit paid is applied to the total amount of your invoice.
  • Deposits are not refundable.
  • Deposits are automatically forfeited on September 1st, 2024 for any reserved rams or ram lambs that remain on 3L&S premisses, without prior written consent from Penny.
  • Forfeited deposits may be applied to future purchases from 3L&S LESS expenses incurred by seller for veterinary expenses, or other expenses or losses incurred by the seller, such as feed and care.
  • By paying a deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions on the invoice (also outlined here, above and below).
  • 10% discount for 3 to 4 sheep.
  • 15% discount for 5+ sheep.

PICKUP/TRANSPORTATION OF YOUR ROMNEY SHEEP

  • Invoice must be paid in full at or before pickup.
  • Transportation arrangements are the ultimate responsibility of the buyer, though Penny is happy to assist you in finding suitable transport.

  • Transportation costs/expenses/fees are the sole responsibility of the the buyer.

  • Any blood testing for sheep diseases (outside of our routine annual flock testing, such as the buyer wanting their individual sheep blood tested) can be performed by Countryside Veterinary Clinic (Cement MI) and is a the sole expense of the buyer.
